I’m about to proactively replace a part in my furnace that is starting to go bad, a move that will save me $500 bucks compared to what any contractor in the area will charge to replace the $50 part (More about that in another episode). But with a lot of frigid weather coming soon, I thought I’d do a quick Intro to Furnaces 101. Hopefully this will help you out if you find yourself standing in the garage on a -10 degree night at 3AM, staring at a non-functional furnace. Note to self: Make sure video stabilization is turned on next time….
