I got an industrial endoscope on Amazon after I won a bet on the Indy 500 winner.
I learned to smoke meat in Texas, where the first rule is, “If yer lookin, you ain’t cookin!” Every time you open the lid you mess up the temperature. Now I can just drop this sucker down the chimney and check the meat without messing things up…
